Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling for executives, including meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
+ Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding travel plans and meetings
+ Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions
+ Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
+ Screen and prioritize incoming phone calls, emails, and requests, acting as the point of contact for internal and external parties
+ Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all resources are available and organized
+ Assist with the preparation and organization of key company documents, such as agendas, presentations, and confidential reports
+ Maintain and manage files and records, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to key information
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
+ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role (3+ years preferred)
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and external partners
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
+ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs and manage priorities independently
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
