The firm is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant / Office Manager. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to partners and manage office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the two partners, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace Handle incoming calls and other communications Manage filing system Record information as needed Greet clients and visitors as needed Update paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing Help organize and maintain office common areas

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Attention to detail.
