Our client, a healthcare technology company, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support their CEO in Washington, DC starting December 30th!


About the Job:
* Manage high volume of inquiries and conflicts while providing complex calendaring and scheduling.
* Coordinate all high-level and complex meeting logistics: draft agendas, prepare materials, take minutes, etc.
* Ensure proper prioritization of executive's time, focusing on high value activities.
* Handle logistics and itineraries for complex travel arrangements.
* Track and prepare expense reports.
* Perform a variety of executive administrative tasks and support the extended team as needed.

About You:
* 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executive as an Executive Assistant is required.
* A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
* Self-disciplined with sound judgement and exceptional problem-solving skills.
* Proficiencies with MS Office Suite, Zoom, and project management tools are required; must be tech savvy.

About the Position:
* $32/hr-$36/hr depending on experience.
* Temporary position starting December 30th through the end of January, with potential to extend.
* Hybrid with 2 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
