We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. **Position Summary** **What you will do** + Applies advanced clinical counseling knowledge to determine appropriate intervention and action steps in dealing with member situational concerns. + Handles telephone counseling to address member's mental, emotional, disorders, conditions, addictions, and Worklife concerns. + Counsels members on mental health, substance abuse benefits, community treatment resources, and related mental health programs. + Coaches members on coping skills to address ongoing lifestyle management. + Develops strategy to provide intensive case management and consultation for clinical risk cases and management referrals. + Maintains accurate and complete documentation of required information to meet risk management and regulatory requirements. + Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. **Required Qualifications** + Unencumbered valid behavioral health license in the State of California - LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Clinical Psychologist + Must reside in California upon hire + Willing and able to work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm PST **Preferred Qualifications** + Behavioral health or counseling experience + Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) experience + Call center experience + Crisis intervention skills + Case management experience + Experience creating referrals for patients + Skilled in brief assessments, risk assessment, and crisis management and intervention + Experience using MS office applications such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word; proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding **Education** + Masters Degree in Behavioral/Mental Health field required **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,575.08 - $142,576.72 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
