What is Customer Success at SPS Commerce?
The SPS Commerce Customer Success team is Obsessed with Customers. We are consultative by nature and have a solid understanding of our customers’ business needs, guiding and advising them along their journey. We equip our customers with the best tools to face the challenges of the ever-changing retail environment, while working through implementations, responding to customer issues, and maintaining customer accounts.
Potential Early Career Opportunities in Customer Success Include:
Associate Technical Support Engineer (ATSE) provide essential product and troubleshooting support to customers through phone calls, emails, and web chats to resolve support inquiries. This role serves as a customer advocate in cross-functional collaborations and demonstrates agility in addressing customer issues, contributing to the overall efficiency of the technical support team. Associate Consultants (ACs) are responsible for designing, developing, and testing product solutions with SPS customers. Associate Consultants work with new customers to set up our software platform as part of our “go live” process and manage the customer relationship until they are successfully onboarded with SPS Commerce.What makes someone successful in Customer Success?
You are a great investigator. You have technical aptitude and enjoy solving problems, but don’t mind some ambiguity. You are naturally curious. Curiosity will help you to understand how we can best support our customers to resolve any tech issues and prevent them from happening again. You enjoy collaborating with people and making connections. You’re encouraged to seek out others to help with issues as you learn the ropes. You are not afraid to meet new people and you are comfortable with building and cultivating relationships. You will speak to customers and learn about their business, so you can implement their software to meet unique business needs.
What We Offer:
At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $51,100- $76,700. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
