As the Early Career Program Lead you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Sanofi Greater China. You will champion a best-in-class, experience-led approach to attracting, developing, and retaining top early career talent, ensuring alignment with business needs.
The Early Career Program Lead in the Talent COE reports directly to the Head of Talent Management, Greater China and will be engaging with global talent management community.
Your responsibilities
North Star Talent Strategy: Implement the early careers strategy to attract, develop, and retain top early career talent at Sanofi. Partner closely with PBP and TM partners to design and implement best-in-class early career programs (e.g., internships, VIEs, graduate programs) that align with evolving business needs, industry trends, and Sanofi's commitment to fostering future leaders.Talent Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in early careers recruitment, development, and retention.Talent Advisor: Know and engage early career talents and serve as career advisor to support their development.Talent Management Initiatives: Play as a project manager role in driving growth culture, activate internal talent market and monitor regional ERG talent initiatives, and track key performance metrics to measure program effectiveness, impact, and return on investment.About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 3-5 years Human Resource experience.Strategic thinker and strong project management skills.Good communication skills, ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools to inform data-driven decision-making.Fluent in English.Why should you consider this role?
