We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills that can thrive in a fast paced environment. You will be primarily responsible for program planning and scheduling within a fast-paced group developing human space flight hardware. In this hands-on position, you'll work to increase the speed and efficiency of our programs by supporting the timely delivery, quality and transparency of schedule and financial data to support the company’s business decisions. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and requires your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to program management in scheduling, resource planning, cost analysis and reporting for various Rocket Engine ProgramsCollect status, develop and maintain detailed planning level schedulesPerform schedule baseline change control, critical path analysis, and variance analysisCommunicate issues to stakeholders and provide mitigation recommendationsResource load, analyze, and optimize program schedule to meet required datesCollaborate with Responsible Engineers, Buyers, Integrated Product Team Leads, and other Functional Support groups to status design efforts, critical procurements, and operations activitiesPerform “what if” scenarios and help develop recovery plansIntegrate cost and schedule to support budgeting and cost analysis effortsDevelop specialized reporting as requested by upper managementQualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or Engineering1-3 years’ experience in a Program Management environment with tracking schedules, actions, or other relative tasksStrong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Project, MS Powerpoint)1-3 years’ experience in Manufacturing or AerospaceStrong communication and organization skillsMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Desired:
