Early Career Program Talent Specialist

Affirm is seeking a passionate Early Career Program Talent Specialist to revitalize our existing programs and expand our reach. Our current focus is on engineering (new grads, interns, and apprentices), but we'd like to explore broadening our apprenticeship program to other departments. We recently transitioned our engineering new grad program to a hybrid model and are looking to refine it for the upcoming year.

We're looking for a creative individual who can develop innovative strategies to attract a diverse pool of early career talent. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, refining existing programs, and partnering with program stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

Program Management: Oversee, plan, and execute Affirm's early career programs, including the hybrid engineering new grad program, intern program, and the Upward (apprenticeship) program.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with executive leadership, hiring managers, and the Talent Team to understand the company's hiring needs and align program goals.

University Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key university partners to attract top talent and promote Affirm as an employer of choice. Additionally, work on projects and design and manage events that brand Affirm's university program.

Program Development: Create engaging programs that appeal to early career professionals who are passionate about our mission and making a positive impact in fintech.

Talent Brand Projects: Collaborate with the Talent Brand Manager on additional projects as needed, contributing to the overall branding and reputation of Affirm's early career programs.
