**Your Impact**
+ Perform design tasks and create drawings using computer-aided design (CADD) related to the development of transportation projects in Microstation OpenRoads Designer.
+ Produce high quality technical and professional deliverables.
+ Make required changes, additions, and/or revisions to existing CADD drawings.
+ Analyze incoming data and determine solutions with minimal guidance.
+ Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solution.
+ Possess a sound understanding of project expectations, role, available tools and resources, networks, workflow, scope, and budget.
+ Coordinate on projects with other disciplines.
+ Provide ongoing project / task updates regarding progress to keep others informed of current status and outstanding issues before they become problems.
+ Adhere to WSP USA quality Assurance Policies/Procedures, CADD protocol, as well as client standards and requirements.
**Who You Are**
Required Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or Technical School Certificate in Drafting/Design or Engineering.
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant post education experience in discipline with prior drafting and design support experience.
+ Experience in technical civil engineering and associated disciplines.
+ Demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
+ Proven track record upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in OpenRoads Designer
+ Experience working with KYTC or other agencies
