Our global sales team works directly with retailers and suppliers, of all sizes, to develop strong relationships, uncover opportunities, advise, and propose SPS Commerce’s suite of solutions that positively impacts their business. This team's passion and integrity fuels the growth of our network - they are collaborative by nature and believe in the power of asking questions.
SPS invests in its sales force, providing extensive training and career opportunities. The SPS Sales Training Program will lead you in learning successful prospecting, developing foundational skills in consultative selling, and understanding the full Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales cycle.
Potential Early Career Opportunities in Sales Include:
Inbound Lead Generation Representatives are responsible for generating new leads and sales opportunities by engaging with prospective customers through organic inbound inquiries and marketing-driven inbound campaigns. Inbound Sales Representatives play a critical role of qualifying and distributing leads to the SPS Sales Team to help grow revenue. Associate Community Account Executives (ACAEs) contact retail industry leads generated by our internal sales team to maximize the opportunity of our retailer partner programs by driving new potential sales, cross-selling, and up-selling. The SPS Community Team helps our Retail partners and their Suppliers with the data needed to improve supply chain collaboration and create an efficient replenishment order process. Associate Account Executives (AAEs) proactively prospect new customers and utilize a consultative sales approach to learn, understand, and uncover sales opportunities by asking appropriate questions to understand a prospective customers’ business needs. The Supplier Sales Team guides through mentorship as you grow your earnings potential and transition into a territory of your own.What makes someone successful in Sales?

What We Offer:
At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. SPS provides the annualized compensation target inclusive of hourly pay rate and annualized commission target for this role.
The total annualized on-target compensation for this role is: $60,000.
