**Job Description**

We are actively seeking experienced Software Engineers with a minimum of five years of experience and a range of skills to develop high-quality, real-time embedded software for fielded electronics platforms. As an Early Career Software Manager, you will be a section lead for our interns, Year One, and early career software employees. In addition, you will be responsible for technical execution on various programs and will have the opportunity to lead technical teams.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Must hold an active Secret clearance or higher
+ 5 years of experience in software development
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other scientific degree with strong software content.
+ Strong problem-solving skills that translate to working, maintainable software.
+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Experiencein embedded software development.
+ Experience in people management
+ Working knowledge of software tools such as Jira, BitBucket, debuggers, etc
+ Experience with DO-178 or other defined software process
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $126305 - $214718
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
