Job Description SummarySales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Trainee will help and support S&OP team in many processes’ improvement projects as well as support Fulfillment activities across Healthcare Systems as needed.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities/essential functions include:Support in driving overall continuous improvement in all fulfillment and planning processes.Help on creating Forecast accuracy model to measure Zone performanceSupport on standalone report requests (Prioritization, Slotting, Long Range plan etc.)Main contact with Operational Excellence team to collect Sales and Operations Planning feedback and execute solutionsSupport with Inventory estimate analytics and historical analysis Support to digitization activities through PowerBI.

Qualifications:Demonstration of rigor and strong execution in an operational environmentStrong Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExtensive experience of advanced & basic excel formulas & macros & VBAsAbility to use Analytics tool including PowerBI.Lean mindset.Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail.  Adaptable to multiple requests, daily changes and still deliver on commitmentsNewly graduates of Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences (preferably Business Administration Department) and Engineering Departments (preferably Industrial Engineering Department) Basic understanding of supply chain and has passion/interests in supply chainProficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy Advanced level of English (Speaking/Reading/Writing)  Supply Chain process & Project management interest & knowledge (Course taken in college).Solution and Result OrientedAnalytical MindsetWe are looking for energetic, detailed oriented, rigorous, highly organized candidates with a high level of integrity, who enjoys working towards common goals in a global team environment
