Early Careers: Community Impact Intern Aon is looking for one dedicated, enthusiastic intern to join our Community Impact team this summer. Aon’s US-based Community Impact team seeks a passionate, energetic individual to join us as a summer intern. This is a unique opportunity within Aon for folks who are passionate about service, volunteerism, public affairs, and philanthropy to learn how community impact serves colleagues, teams, and communities. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Chicago office. The Community Impact intern will contribute meaningfully to Aon’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) goals. Our intern will interact with colleagues, teams and the many, many nonprofit partners we work with. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $20.50 - $26.50 hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Aon offers a benefits package for temporary and seasonal employees who will work 20 or more hours per week including: medical, dental, and vision insurance at the employee’s expense, critical illness insurance, 10 Company holidays per calendar year (paid, if eligible), paid sick leave as provided under state and local law, and a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions.
