About Our Team Our consumer solutions team works autonomously as the communications subject matter experts for their clients. They manage open enrollment campaigns from design and content creation to distribution and web development. Yet they have the support of the full-service communications team including production, design, and web development. They also collaborate with Health Solutions and Account Management to tailor campaigns to meet clients’ needs and reach their employee populations How this opportunity is different This is a 10-week paid program across various U.S. offices with access to leaders through weekly learning sessions and a chance to interact with colleagues globally. You will engage in challenging client projects with the benefit of continuous formal and informal feedback and the enjoyment of social outings and community service activities throughout your internship! Skills and experience that will lead to success + Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts Journalism, Communications, English, PR or career area of focus, or a related field + Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word and PowerPoint) + Strong understanding of layout, typography and design principles + Motivated, flexible and excited about using design skills to create communications + Ability to work in both large team environments and independently + Creative design portfolio + Resourceful, creative + Self-motivated, willing to learn, takes initiative + Organized and time-driven to meet deadlines + Go-getter who can work with a team and independently Qualifications Rising seniors graduating between December 2025 – June 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. *Please note: immigration sponsorship not available for this role.
