Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an Early Careers (EC) Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join our team in Makati City, Philippines. You will be joining our Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) team that provides support to our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Team. In this senior role, you will lead efforts in identifying and securing top-tier Early Career talents in the North American region, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Role accountabilities:
As a senior member the TASS Early Careers team, you will collaborate closely with the in-country Talent Acquisition team, the Early Careers team, as well as the TA Shared Services to enhance the recruitment process, and standardize existing talent acquisition practices, while simultaneously supporting the demand to hire for interns and graduates.
Responsibilities include the following:
Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Management: Foster, maintain, and further develop trusted relationships with Global Talent Acquisition Partners and stakeholders involved in the recruitment process to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs. Project Management and Advisory Role: Challenge current recruitment practices, propose enhancements, and implement TA strategies that will make for a more efficient hiring process. One that will improve candidate and stakeholder experience. Eary Careers Recruitment: Manage and execute the different stages of end-to-end Early Careers recruitment process which includes the calibration of hiring requirements, creation of job requisitions, CV screening, interview scheduling, and job offer creation. Volume Hiring Expertise: Efficiently manage the high-volume of candidates from various recruitment campaigns, including internships and graduate programs, ensuring that each are properly evaluated and given a positive experience throughout their hiring process. Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of volume hiring strategies and make data-informed decisions to optimize the talent acquisition process.Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have extensive global Talent Acquisition experience, specifically in early career recruitment and volume hiring. You should be adept at navigating the complexities of recruiting in various international locations, focused on North America, and possess a keen understanding of managing sensitive candidate engagement. Further you will have solid recruitment experience with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and stakeholder management. You are digitally and technology competent and familiar with Talent Acquisition best practices.
Further required experience and competencies:
Volume Hiring Experience: Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment efforts, including internship and graduate recruitment initiatives, with the ability to scale processes effectively. End-to-End Recruitment: A strong grasp of the entire recruitment lifecycle, with a particular focus stakeholder management and candidate experience that resonate with early-career professionals. Time Management and Organizational Skills: Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple demands and projects while maintaining fruitful internal client relationships. Adaptability: Quickly adjust to organizational and process changes that directly impacts recruitment operation. Utilize tools and other resources for business continuity and TA enhancement. Results-Driven: A track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with perseverance to identify and secure the right talent. Leadership and Influence: An independent self-starter with the capability to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, demonstrating maturity and insight in discussions.
