The only requirement is that you work with children in a early childhood center. As an early childhood associate you will be working with and assisting the Lead Teacher in a class room. Full time Associates start at $13.50 per hour. All qualified candidates that have experience in early childhood will have a chance to receive up to an extra $1.50 per hour.
