Grade Level: PreK and Early Childhood
Compensation: Full Salary paid weekly (school year salary or 52 week salary!) $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience

School details: This is a Full-time position across 1 building, in a supportive district with great leadership!
AnthroMed Support: AnthroMed Education has a wonderful SLP Clinical Director who offers dedicated caseload support through the school year.
SLP Requirements:Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersValid MI SLP licenseClinical Fellows are welcome to apply!SLP Duties:Evaluate student’s speech-language abilities to prepare and conduct treatment plansProvide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPsConduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skillsUse professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to make practice decisionsCreate a learning environment characterized by effective and efficient process management strategies (procedures, instructional groups, transition materials)Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetingsDevelop treatment plans, in conjunction with instructional staff, that are strength-based, as well as child and family-centered for overall educational improvementEnsure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelinesAssist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disordersOther duties as assigned
