The PositionAs an intern on the global Early in Career (EiC) team, you will have ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects. You will be a key member of the Integrated Workforce Strategy (IWS) organization at Roche which encompasses many critical areas of talent attraction, talent pipelining and recruitment. The EiC team is key to executing the company’s strategy to accelerate the advancement of outstanding talent at early stages in their career to enable workforce strategies in service of Roche’s business strategies.
The intern will support EiC Partners and Specialists in the creation of unparalleled EiC experiences that foster development, networking, and community for early talent at Roche.
Drive Impactful Projects: Take ownership of challenging, business-critical projects within the field of early talent management, contributing to meaningful outcomes for the organization.
Shape Candidate Experience: Lead or collaborate on dynamic intern committees to design innovative initiatives that create exceptional, engaging experiences for early talent.
Talent Champion: Drive and participate in talent engagement and outreach activities that inspire and connect with the next generation of key talent.
Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with Early in Career (EiC) teams, business leaders, and People & Culture (P&C) colleagues to support key projects and operations—regionally and globally—while building relationships and growing your expertise.
Who you are:
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, or graduated within 12 months before the start of the internship, with relevant expertise in HR management, organizational development, communications, and or business/related field
Demonstrated commitment to culture, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace
Good stakeholder management skills; ability to analyze and identify customer needs, translating them into the appropriate action from an end-to-end perspective
Able to approach complex problems, organize and drive actionable solutions and results
Proficient in English; German, French or Spanish language knowledge is an advantage
