\r\nPerforms a variety of tasks as directed. Physical activities may include frequent lifting of approximately 25 to 50 pounds, depending on area; frequent kneeling and stooping to retrieve items at lower levels; and frequent raising of arms to retrieve items approximately 60 inches above head. This individual will be responsible for the operating, setup, start up/shut down and the daily running of machines in the injection area. Must be able to assist and train team members in the proper procedures of keeping the line running at correct production rates. Qualified candidates will be interviewed with Group Leader of the area.

\r\nEssential Duties, Functions, and responsibilities:
\r\n\r\nProcess product using tools and equipment provided\r\nFollows all work safety policies and guidelines\r\nObserves equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/or safety issues or concerns\r\nAdheres to all USDA and GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) product standards and guidelines\r\nMaintains a clean and organized work area\r\nWill be required to rotate to various functions within the processing departments\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned\r\nAccountable to maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours\r\nWill be required to assist in clean up at break times and end of shift including dumping trash and operating compactor\r\n\r\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
\r\n\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\r\nAbility to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions\r\nMust be willing and able to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.\r\nMust be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States\r\nMust pass a background check, drug screen\r\nMust be able to read and write\r\nMust be able to read a scale\r\nWorkKeys Certification desired: Graphics Literacy – Bronze certificate; Workplace Observation – Level 2 Certificate\r\nAbility to multitask and visualize product issues such as air in product and air voids\r\nAbility to meet time standards for each line (ex. 4 pieces of product per minute)\r\nProperly place product in net (if applicable) correctly\r\nProperly scale product to correct weight according to specifications\r\nTroubleshoot problems at racking station as well as stuffing/netting station\r\nAbility to place product in pockets correctly\r\n\r\nPhysical Requirements:
