Your Role:

The Early Careers Intern will play a key role on the Aptiv Talent, Inclusion, and Employee Branding team. The role will entail coordinating events, engaging with fellow interns, and a significant amount of data reporting.

What You’ll Do:

Organize weekly internship cohort networking seriesPull Data reports for multiple data sourcesPresent program updates based on data findingsDeploy Intern engagement surveysExecute the annual Intern ForumCoordinate all intern engagement opportunitiesAssist with the Apprentice Program deploymentAdditional projects as needed

What you’ll need:

Student graduating after December 2026, pursuing degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Marketing, or relevant majorGreat oral and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projectsCollaboration and customer focusedPassionate about people, processes, and technologyData driven
