Earned Value Management Analyst Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Program Management Office (PMO), under the direction of the Business Operations Manager, is responsible for executing CACI’s Earned Value Management System (EVMS), monitoring projecting expenditures, track ceiling/funding, and forecasting/ reporting the program’s cost/schedule/performance status to both the customer and CACI Program leadership. As a member of the PMO, the Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst, working under the direction of the EVM Lead, will collaborate alongside other EVM Analysts, Project Schedulers, Program Analysts, and Financial Analysts to accomplish assigned EVM deliverables. **What You’ll Get to Do** + Perform various earned value management “EVM” functions such as baseline change requests, variance analysis, and IPMR reporting through Deltek Cobra and winsight tools. + Provide project and earned value management support and coordination to complex DoD program. + Develop portions of the program’s cost and schedule baseline by leveraging Estimate at Complete ETC files/reporting. + Provide EVM data in support for monthly Government briefings regarding schedule and performance. + Review and report performance updates from the program’s Control Account Managers/Control Account Managers Supports. + Perform transfer of data from the team’s Integrated Master Schedule to the Earned Value Management System and review/validate for accuracy. + Update and maintain EVM artifacts (CWBS, CAPS, WAD documents) and other program documentation related to deliverables to CACI program leadership and the customer. + Support the team’s continuous earned value control improvement efforts/process, which includes the creation/updates of standard operating procedures. **More About the Role** + Adhere with internal procedures and Government cost/schedules reporting regulations. + Frequent interaction with technical leads, Control Account Manager/Support, and customer by providing schedule status. + Hybrid position requires team member to work on-site/remote as needed. **You’ll Bring These Qualifications** + Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years related work experience. + Must have an active Secret clearance. + Advanced Microsoft Excel Skill Set (comfortable with V-look ups, SUMIFS, Pivot tables). + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. + Detail orientated with well-honed written and oral communications. + Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot/reprioritize deadlines to ensure accurate and timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment. **These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have** + Experience managing project financials and cost variance analysis for US Government DoD programs. + Experience with formulating forecast models using historical information to estimate future cost/performance. + Proficient knowledge of scheduling processes and the use of MS Project on a resource-loaded schedule. + Experience analyzing and working with big data sets. + Experience utilizing Deltek Cobra. + Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Management **What We Can Offer You:** - We’ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post. - Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives. - We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities. on-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation’s highest priorities. - For over 60 years, the principles of CACI’s unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success. **Company Overview:** CACI is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
