Job DescriptionDeveloping the company’s sales activities within Africa.Developing successful marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.Sales of earthmoving / heavy mining equipment.Business development and maintaining current relationships.Providing technical input and support for customers.Following up order delivery.Payment Collection.Providing technical input and support for customers.Any other tasks that is required by Management and Clients.
Minimum Requirements and Experience (But not limited to):
Minimum of 3-10 years’ experience within the Earthmoving or Mining equipment industryPrevious sales experience and proven track recordSales experience in CAT, Bell, Komatsu, Sandvik, XCMG, Shantui, Sinotruk, Sunward, Liugong are preferredSales experience in manufacturer or reseller are preferredInterpersonal, communication, relationship building and conflict resolution skillsTechnical aptitude (ability to grasp technical concepts)Decision-making skillsComputer literacy (Excel, Power Point, Word and Previous on CRM Packages a recommendation)Listening, cognitive, problem anticipation and solving skillNegotiation skillsProactive marketing capacity (ability to identify, initiate and develop new business)Willing to travel locally and internationally
