We are currently seeking an Earthwork Estimator for a heavy commercial excavating companyMultifamily, residential developments, commercial, office buildings, and other projectsEstimators split their time between the office and field - about 80% office & 20% field Candidates should have experience with Agtek, Bluebeam, and Bid2Win or HeavyBidOpen to Civil Project Engineer candidates with exposure to estimatingBased in Northern Denver

Responsibilities:

Responsible for estimating a wide range of projects from $50,000 to $5,000,000Ensure that bids are completed timely, accurately and in a manner to win the projectDownload and catalog bid documentsAttend pre-bid meetings and site investigationsDemonstrate resourcefulness and creativity to gain the best pricingReview and understand bid scope and requirements thoroughlyReviewing plans, specifications and soils reportsQuality takeoffs utilizing BluebeamCompleting bids utilizing Bid2Win softwareProduction reviews with Chief Estimator and Director of OperationsConsistently follow up on submitted bidsUpon award actively contribute in project pre-planningAttend industry and customer marketing events

Qualifications:

2+ years of earthwork estimating experience preferredOpen to Civil Project Engineer candidates with exposure to estimatingExperience with Agtek, Bluebeam, and Bid2Win or HeavyBid

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00
