**Job Title: Stand-Up Forklift Operator** **Location: Marysville, OH** **Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM** **Hourly Pay: $19.25 per hour** **Job Description:** We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Stand-Up Forklift Operator** to join our team in **Marysville, OH** . In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a stand-up forklift to move materials and products throughout the warehouse. This is a **full-time, first shift** position offering an hourly wage of **$19.25 per hour** . **Key Responsibilities:** + Safely operate a stand-up forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse. + Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and care in handling products. + Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock is organized and properly rotated. + Perform routine safety checks on the forklift and other equipment. + Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following company safety guidelines. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals. + Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately. **Qualifications:** + Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift is preferred. + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety. + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. **Schedule:** + **Shift:** 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday) + Occasional overtime may be required. **Compensation:** + **Hourly Pay:** $19.25 per hour + Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. **Pay Details:** $19.25 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
