Set appointments and maintain a school calendar
Assist with student referrals to outside resources, including employment, emergency shelter, day care, health services and additional social services
Work as a collaborative team, including participation in staff meetings, retreats and staff development, to support student progress
Interface with DOE staff to maintain student attendance records
Update payroll records on a bi-weekly basis
Create and manage a system for ordering supplies, school recruitment materials, and other items as necessary
Develop and maintain relationships between employees working in key offices at SCO
Other duties as required
