Pay: $58000 - $73000 / year (paid hourly)
Schedule: M - F; 8a - 5p (on-site)
Location: Hudson Yards, Farley Building & 770 Broadway, NYC | will rotate as needed
What this job involves: As an Amenities Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing amenity programs across multiple offices within a specific region and fostering positive client relationships to develop a deep understanding of their preferences and needs to ensure amenities align with their interests. Your responsibilities include vendor management, email communication, marketing initiatives, cross-functional team collaboration, and program execution for pop-ups, partnerships, and onsite services. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Vendor Management: Source, communicate with, and manage vendors for various amenities activations, including pop-ups, partnerships, onsite amenity programs, blood drives, and flu shots.
Marketing and Communication: Create and schedule posts, event pages and digital signage to promote amenities activations to employees.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams including Site Teams, Transportation, Culinary, Janitorial, Facilities, Events and Fitness Center teams to coordinate initiatives and ensure smooth program execution.
Program Execution: Coordinate and oversee the implementation of amenities programs, including vendor load-in/load-out, either in person or through local event coordinators.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update trackers and calendars, and contribute to metrics and reporting initiatives.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in various projects as assigned, such as documentation audits and creating Standard Operating Procedures.
Meetings and Communication: Attend regular meetings with Regional Managers, team members, and clients to discuss program initiatives, updates, and challenges.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized and be able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. They should also be comfortable working with various stakeholders and have a keen eye for enhancing the employee experience through amenities programs.
An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable
3+ years prior experience in events, facilities/property management, hospitality or related field preferred
Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with tenants, vendors, and colleagues at all levels.
Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional event experiences.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations
Estimated total compensation for this position:
