Your day to day as a Regional Sales Manager As the East Regional Sales Manager at Viking Coca-Cola, you will take the reins in developing ambitious goals and innovative marketing strategies that drive our sales and profitability. Your keen analytical skills will ensure the delivery of precise and timely Key Business Indicators (KBI) information to Sales Management, optimizing efficiency with minimal time investment required from the team. A crucial aspect of your role is conducting quarterly warehouse safety inspections while expanding market potential within defined financial parameters set by Corporate Management. You'll collaborate with supervisors to assess personnel and equipment needs in response to market changes, while also ensuring comprehensive training materials and sessions are consistently available for the sales and delivery teams. Communicating effectively with all levels of management will be key to fostering cooperation, and you will spearhead promotional programs across home and on-premise markets. Additionally, you will handle complaints professionally, enhance our corporate image, and ensure operational excellence in distribution, all while maintaining a high-performing and motivated team.
