Our Dining Floaters

Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for our incredible Independent and health care residents! Fill in for staff on vacation or for call-ins so MUST be flexible and adaptable to changing situations. Help set up tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation. Keep the food and beverage areas organized and fully-stocked. Be familiar with the menu for each meal to assure all items are available and to answer the residents' questions. Be willing and able to help residents with any meal service assistance they might request or require. Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Eastmont.

What you need to Succeed!

Must be at least 16 years of age. Able to read, write, and speak English well enough for residents and coworkers to understand you.
Must be able to work various shifts (6am - 2:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm) and work every other Sat/Sun. Must be reliable and dependable!
