We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Services Administrator to join our team! This role will be a vital part of our Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living operations, and provide support and guidance to our incredible residents and staff. We are comprised of dedicated and caring people who have a strong desire to enrich the lives of those we serve and our team members, together we are Transforming Age.
Our Health Services Administrator:
Plans, develops, organizes, and directs out Quality Assurance performance improvement Interprets the facilities policies and procedures to team members, residents, their visitors and family, and government agencies. Assists with establishment and revision of required education to meet state and company training requirements.
Leads the Safety Committee including the review if accidents, incidents, and makes recommendations for resident safety programs. Develops, maintains, inputs and transmits data to government entities as needed in accordance with state and federal requirements Other duties as assigned.
