We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Services Administrator to join our team! This role will be a vital part of our Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living operations, and provide support and guidance to our incredible residents and staff. Our Health Services Administrator:


Oversees the regulations and guidelines required of the SNF and ALF licensure
Plans, develops, organizes, and directs out Quality Assurance performance improvement Interprets the facilities policies and procedures to team members, residents, their visitors and family, and government agencies. Assists with establishment and revision of required education to meet state and company training requirements.
Leads the Safety Committee including the review if accidents, incidents, and makes recommendations for resident safety programs. Develops, maintains, inputs and transmits data to government entities as needed in accordance with state and federal requirements Other duties as assigned.


What you need to succeed!


Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or other related field A valid Nursing Home Administrator’s (NHA) license, in good standing. A valid Assisted Living Certification 5 or more years of experience in administering skilled nursing and Assisted Living facilities. Excellent communication skills Proficiency in computer programs including the MS Office suite of products. Ability to effectively work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience in Senior living preferred.
