Part-Time Counselor – High Focus Centers & Seeds of Hope (Paoli, PA)

High Focus Centers and Seeds of Hope (formerly Onward Behavioral Health) in Paoli, PA, are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients. With a rich history of outpatient treatment in eastern Pennsylvania, High Focus Centers is a trusted resource for adults and teens dealing with substance use, mental health, and eating disorders.
Position Details:
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Compensation: $35–$40/hour, based on education, licensure, and experience. Employment Type: Hourly, part-time.Counselor Responsibilities:
Provide individual and/or family counseling to adults and/or adolescents with behavioral health needs. Develop personalized treatment plans to address client-specific goals. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including therapy notes and required forms. Utilize Electronic Client Records for assessments and data collection. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Required: Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field. Preferred: Master’s-level licensure in Pennsylvania (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Education or professional experience in treating eating disorders.Why Join Us?
