High Focus Centers, formerly Onward Behavioral Health (OBH), in Paoli and Exton is looking for candidates to help provide quality care to our clients. We are looking for passionate and dedicated people who are looking to making a difference in people’s lives. High Focus Centers has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in eastern Pennsylvania. High Focus Centers is an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders.

This would be for approximately 20 hours a week. This would be an hourly, per diem role with the typical hourly range being between 35-40 per hour depending on education, licensure and experience. 

Counselor Position Overview:

Provide individual and/or family counseling to adults and/or adolescents in need of a variety of behavioral health supports Develop individualized treatment plans based on the needs of the individual seeking supports Complete all appropriate and required documentation, therapy notes, and forms for the client and the agency to reflect the progress and services provided to the client. Use Electronic Client Records for data collection, assessments, and other designated purposes. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed for continuity of care Other Duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

Required Master's Degree in Human Services or related field.  Preferred Master's level licensure in Pennsylvania but not required.  Preferred Education related to Eating Disorders and/or professional experience working with individuals with Eating Disorders.
