Position SummarySeller Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with newly onboarded enterprise sellers while leading strategic seller education initiatives through webinars and offline seminars. This role focuses on accelerating enterprise seller growth through consultative partnership and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
#1. Enterprise Seller Partnership:
Build and maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded enterprise sellers through regular business reviews and strategic consultationsDevelop comprehensive onboarding strategies for enterprise sellers to ensure successful platform integration and early growthAnalyse seller business data to identify growth opportunities and potential risksCreate and execute customized business plans to help enterprise sellers achieve their growth targetsProvide advanced platform knowledge and selling strategy consultationWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issuesGuide sellers through policy and platform changes while ensuring complianceTrack and analyse seller performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met #2. Strategic Education Leadership:Design and lead seller education programs through webinars and offline seminarsCreate compelling presentation materials and training decks focused on advanced selling strategiesOrganize and execute large-scale seller events and workshops independentlyDevelop best practice sharing programs across the seller communityInvestigate and analyse new policy & platform impacts on enterprise sellersLead initiatives to establish and enforce seller best practicesLeverage internal & external resources to support educational eventsMeasure and report on the effectiveness of education initiatives #3. Communication with eBay Certified ConsultantsBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with eBay Certified Consultants to enhance seller supportEffectively negotiate and coordinate with consultants to maximize seller onboarding successAlign consultant activities with eBay's strategic objectives and seller growth targetsFacilitate regular knowledge sharing sessions between consultants and enterprise sellersManage consultant relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery to sellersPosition Qualifications
Been in Seller Account Management for at least 4 yearsNative JapaneseBusiness level in EnglishExcellent influencing and presentation skillsEnjoys public speaking; shows genuine interest and enthusiasm in conducting webinars/seminarsStrong project management and organization skillsExcellent PPT presentation deck creation skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and ExcelStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesProven ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clientsExtensive knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practicesDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independentlyConsistent track record of high performance and team rankingExperience in video editing, basic HTML /SQL knowledge, and familiarity with e-blasting tools will be a plus.
