Descripción The Employer Brand and Recruitment team at Gallagher is growing. In fact, we'd grown from two to five people just last year. And we're growing again, set to double in size this year! You'll work with our team of global experts in this space, global in thinking and location, with team members on four continents. Reporting to the Global Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Manager, you'll work mostly from home, visiting the office as and when needed. You’ll be the person that enables the rest of the team to do their role. Using AI systems to support the content creation process, producing high-quality first drafts of blogs, and facilitating the creation of employee video content and distribution Cómo lograrás un impacto We're building a new team to support talent acquisition for Gallagher Bassett, and they’ll need support to get the work done. We’ve invested in and successfully piloted a high-quality employer brand AI technology to support us with content writing and employee video production. We need someone to become the expert in that tool, driving efficiency and high performance. Your work will be diverse, and since this is a new role, you'll also have the opportunity to shape it, provided you work on these critical tasks: Building questions sets within our tool and submitting them to people who work at all levels within the Gallagher Bassett business. You’ll keep track of responses as they come in and produce high-quality first drafts of the blogs, using the built in AI editor to author these. You’ll use the same technology to support the team in capturing videos submitted in response to questions you’ve built out. Once the first drafts are created, you’ll have them over to the team for them to take forward. Videos will need uploading to our careers site and logging to ensure they make the maximum impact on that platform. Acerca de ti Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in recruitment marketing. Skills and Proficiencies: You’ll enjoy working with systems and being the keystone of a content creation team. You’ll be able to pick up new technologies easily and have an eye for a good first draft of any content produced. Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing with a content focus. Project management and organisational skills. Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing principles. Proficiency in design software such as Canva. Creative problem solver with a passion for storytelling. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary. General talent acquisition and recruiting knowledge.
