EBS Principal Business Process Analyst

Due to aggressive growth of our SAP platform, we are looking for an SAP Principal Business Process Analyst with the focus of Commercial capabilities to lead global strategy and drive results of our global SAP implementation, while partnering cross-functionally with Business leadership.

He is capable to integrate a broad range of ideas regarding applications development. Recognized across the organization for business process expertise and sought as a resource for resolution of unique or complex application development problems. Leads application personnel to formulate and define project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Competent to work on all phases of development and has a good understanding of multiple businesses or functions.

Job Location - Hybrid schedule in either Naperville, IL or St. Paul

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the successful delivery of Commercial solutions enabling by SAP processes/modules and connected platforms, including but not limited to:

Drive the implementation of the global Commercial blueprint covering Agreement/Pricing/Rebates/Distributor Management, Sales Organization hierarchy, Customer Master Data Maintenance, Sales Incentives, Order Entry, Customer Interaction, Equipment on Loan/Equipment on Rent, Engineering, Credit / billing / Collection and related Division, Customer Service, and Field Sales reporting.Drive design and execution of blueprint and functional enhancements according to global business requirements, in alignment with Business Executives, Global Functional SAP leads and offshore configuration and development teams.Drive implementation according to our global Capability process model and act as a consultant to provide best practices from a business process perspective.Provide guidance, direction and support in alignment with the associated business leads and Commercial SAP implementation teamsSupport change management activities (Change Impact Assessment, Communications)Support business readiness for the commercial domain (people, data, processes, procedures, technology)Drive stabilization and handover to Division/Country, Shared Services, and Support Organization

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree in Management, Economics or IT10 years experience with SAP Commercial modules (e.g. CRM, Vistex, SD, CO-PA, …)5 years of SAP implementation experienceWillingness to travel up to 25% for project activity.No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leading SAP integrations associated with high level of business transformation required in commercial and shared service centers functions
