What will be your responsibilities?    

Drive continuous increase of the level of automation, process improvement and alignment in cooperation with various departments (e.g. Sales Excellence, Enterprise Effectiveness)

Preparation, risk assessment and tracking of EOL (End of Life) deals in cooperation with stakeholders to mitigate working capital risks

Develop and update a variety of reports, dashboards, graphs and presentations for statistical analysis and planning purposes

Review data accuracy and access of SAP data with the Master Data Management Team

Monitor and trigger corrective actions for all defined KPI's (such as inventory level) with the responsible people and provide feedback to manager

Drive constant development of Jira in accordance with business requirements

Contribute to Supplier Onboarding Process in cooperation with other relevant departments (e.g. Supplier Management)

Coordination of the supplier onboarding process (Purchasing internal)

Participate in projects regularly

Contribute to audits on request

Support B2B-Connectivity

UAT testing / enhancement handling

Maintain SAP Tables for Purchasing

1st level support for ThoughtSpot

What do we expect from you?

Proven experience in the Purchasing area or distribution field

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or commercial training

Knowledge of the electronics distribution industry, manufacturing processes

Understanding of material management, value analysis and Key Performance Indicators

Ability to analyze, inerpret and summarize statistical data

Ability to work independently

Good communication skills with the ability to present views in a clear, concise way, both verbally and in writing
