The Role
ECBA Knowledge Management responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Knowledge Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership, operations and other KM partners to develop and implement a comprehensive KM strategy that aligns with W&R business objectives. Partner with corporate KM liaison to ensure that activities are aligned to HWC and enterprise knowledge sharing strategy as well as business plans and priorities Content Management: create and maintain a robust repository of knowledge assets, ensuring easy access and relevance to various stakeholders within the organization, including but not limited to full ownership of ECBA Intranet content. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Training and Support: develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance knowledge sharing practices among colleagues, emphasizing ECBA-specific insights. Monitoring and Evaluation: implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of KM initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to drive engagement and utilization. Research and Analysis: stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies relevant to the ECBA Business to inform KM initiativesCommunications and special projects may also include:
Project Management: Oversee and manage special projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are executed efficiently Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination across geographies, ensuring that the practice’s vision and directives are effectively implemented, including coordination of townhalls and practice updates for senior leadership to share key business priorities and updatesThe Requirements
Deep understanding of the ECBA business, including its challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirementsExperience in knowledge management, organizational development, or a related field desiredStrong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skillsProficiency in knowledge management tools and technologiesProject management experience of 2-3 yearsShould be amenable to EMEA working hours
