Performs Echocardiogram, Stress Echocardiograms, assists in Transesophageal Echocardiograms, and prepares and reviews all test results and clerical duties. Provides service to patients throughout the life span including newborns, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric age groups.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience: Must be able to perform echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms. Understanding of medical terminology, human physiology and and anatomy desired. Pediatric experience strongly preferred. Certification/Licensure: Must be CPR certified. Must be RDCS certified. If a new graduate, must be eligible to take the ARDMS and CCI. BLS certification required. On-call required.Certification or completion courses must meet the standards of Memorial Medical Center.
