Echo Technologist I
As our Echo Tech I you will operate ultrasound equipment and perform a variety of technical diagnostic procedures which encompass the
specialty area of Echocardiography. You will perform perform 2D/Doppler echocardiograms, Pharmacological and TMT stress echocardiograms and assist with Transesophageal echocardiograms.
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid knowledge of imaging equipment and proper patient positioning to produce and analyze quality images.

Responsibilities
Performs ultrasound diagnostic imaging on patients according to the specific departmental procedure protocolsPrepares equipment ensuring that equipment is operational, safe and functioning , actively participates with patient testing, performing routine, non‐routine, urgent, and emergent patient requestsPerforms portable examinations at the bedside to ensure patient safety as well as provide immediate diagnostic

Qualifications
Education:
Associate’s Degree OR one year certificate from a healthrelated program in a related medical field, which include
seminar course training in cardiac ultrasound preferredRegistered by American Diagnostic Registry for Medical
Sonographers (ARDMS) as RDCS OR RVT or Registered by
Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as RVS or RCS
