About the Role:
As an Echo Tech at St. Clare Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic echocardiography services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing a full range of echocardiographic studies, including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms.Maintaining and operating echocardiography equipment.Preparing patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding.Accurately documenting patient information and test results.Collaborating effectively with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals.Adhering to strict quality control and infection control protocols.Qualifications
About You:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Echo Technologist who possesses:
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) is required.Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Echo Technologist in a hospital setting.Proficiency in performing all types of echocardiographic studies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
