And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you. **Make a Difference** This position will assist with new hire orientation, student precepting, department education and quality improvement. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** + Experience **:** 5 years of experience as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer + Education: Graduate from an accredited cardiac sonography program. + Current Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS). + Provide Echo training and support, evaluating sonographer quality performance. + Formalizes sonographer orientation/training program. + Communicates feedback respectfully, openly, honestly, and directly to patients and caregivers. + Facilitates trusting relationships with physicians, patients, and co-workers. + Serves as coach, mentor, and a positive role model. + Holds self and others accountable to the highest standards. + Work with Medical Director for quality improvement of the echo program including lecture development and valve clinic review and records. + Maintaining ICAEL standards as well as recertification process. **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
