Position Highlights:
The Cardiac Sonographer is responsible for providing diagnostic medical sonography services and its various clinical specialties. Additional responsibilities are required, such as maintaining proficiency with echo/ultrasound equipment, communicating with other members of the interprofessional care team, completing daily clerical tasks and providing on call coverage as scheduled. They will serve as an ambassador for the department as well as the Center by demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

Current BLS Required RSCS/RCS Certified 1 year experience performing echocardiogramsSuccessful completion of a Echocardiography/cardiovascular education program Transthoracic echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, bubble studies, administering contrast enhancing agent.
