Responsibilities:
Perform quality ultrasound exams with the appropriate technical skills and according to the established procedure protocolsProvides for appropriate patient care, safety, education, and a favorable customer service experience during proceduresMaintainappropriate documentation of patient records especially in the Radiology Information System and PACS (computer systems) to meet operating standards, corporate compliance practices, and/or regulatory and accreditation requirementsPresent appropriate imaging and technical findings of ultrasound scans to the radiologist/cardiologistCollaborate and participate in department related projects and/or teams focused on improvement opportunities as neededPerform other related operational duties such as, transporting patients, managing office/clerical functions, engaging in equipment troubleshooting, maintaining supplies, and cleaning ultrasound equipmentThe Glens Falls Hospital Impact
