Ecommerce Associate B2B
JSG is seeking an onsite Ecommerce Associate in Ventura County, CA.  This is a direct hire opportunity.  

PURPOSE OF JOB:
The eCommerce Associate - Operations & Product Management will focus on the back-end processes essential to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our client's online store. This role will be responsible for product setup, managing the Product Information Management (PIM) system, supporting promotional campaign programming, and ensuring that the site is operational and transactional. The ideal candidate will ensure that product information is accurate and up-to-date, and that promotions are effectively implemented to maximize sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage product setup, including product descriptions, images, and specifications on the eCommerce platform for new and existing products. Oversee the Product Information Management (PIM) system to ensure all product data is accurate and consistent across all channels. Coordinate the programming of promotional campaigns, including discount codes, bundled offers, and other sales initiatives. Collaborate with the Purchasing department and inventory management to monitor product availability and maintain optimal stock levels. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to the eCommerce platform, working closely with IT and technical teams. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to streamline operations. Support the procurement and management of marketing goods for the sales organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and customer needs. Support the Marketing Director with additional eCommerce and operational tasks as needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and PIM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
General office environment, ability to sit for long periods of time.  Ability to move about the office. The ability to lift 25lb up to 50lbs occasionally.

Salary $50 - $65K
