•2 - 4 years of E-commerce business systems analysis/process redesign experience and a broad knowledge of Internet technologies and E-commerce industry.
•Demonstrable experience in accurately and efficiently specifying functional requirements for complex on-line applications.
•Understanding of application development processes.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Must be able to work independently, with little direction; must be very self-motivated and able to multi-task and deal with a very fast-paced environment.
