Responsibilities:
Update website content to convert trafficExamples include creating landing pages, updating home page and vertical market pages, and updating category banners while maintaining a mobile-first mindsetCoordinate with marketing teams to ensure accurate promotion setup on the e-commerce platformTroubleshoot and address technical issues related to e-commerce and other digital platformsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, sales, and customer serviceMonitor and implement improvements to navigation, layout, and other elements to optimize user engagementAssist with reporting on merchandising & digital marketing initiativesQualifications:
Must be proficient in HTML and CSSExperience with CMS systems such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etcFamiliar with agile project management frameworks (scrum) Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentEagerness to learn and identify opportunities for efficiency improvementsStrong design instinctsFast learnerStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindsetSEO and/or ADA compliance experience a bonusRetail experience a bonusDon't forget, we have many opportunities available on our other career site pages.
