We are seeking an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to expand our client's digital presence and manage their online customer relationships. This role is crucial for growing the business's online revenue streams while maintaining strong customer engagement through various digital channels. Measure of Success\n\nEtsy store performance metrics (sales, listings, engagement)\nEmail marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, list growth)\nCustomer response time and satisfaction rates\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nProven experience in eCommerce management (specifically Etsy)\nExperience with email marketing and list building\nProficiency in Canva and content creation tools\nStrong customer service background\nExperience with digital marketing platforms\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
