Title: eCommerce Digital Sales Representative - Renewals

What you will do:

The Digital Sales Rep Renewals will work closely with members of the eCommerce Sales and various cross-functional teams to proactively identify and mitigate risk in accounts and meet renewal deadlines. This position will focus on retaining SketchUp’s client base while providing continuity in product access for our existing clients. This individual will facilitate online sales management of renewal transactions by successfully using objection handling and negotiation skills to create urgency and action in extending renewals timely and accurately.

Responsibilities

Act as the customer-facing point of contact for SketchUp clients whose subscriptions are renewing in the eCommerce sales channel.

Urgently support customers experiencing buying friction on renewals to mitigate risk and customer churn in our online channel.

Engage and communicate with customers professionally daily via email, chat, and phone.

Manage and update Salesforce inquiries with detailed activities and next steps to provide complete visibility into accounts, opportunities, issues, and forecasts.

Escalate eCommerce system issues quickly, submit and manage JIRA tickets to ensure resolution.

Project manage all retention campaigns and new strategies for renewals. 

Work with Renewals Team, Technical Support, and Customer Support to retain at-risk customers.

Accurately report on renewals, retention, and churn metrics for quarterly business reviews.

Collaborate and build relationships with peers, internal teams, and managers..

Focus on continuous improvement methodologies, using automation such as Marketo to drive sales efficiencies for customer renewals and retention.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:

Experience with the Salesforce CRM ticket process, management, and resolution. 

1-2+ years of experience in customer support, renewal sales, customer success, SaaS preferred.

Proficient with online technologies such as Aria, JIRA, Domo, and Google collaboration tools.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.

Salary+variable 55k-66k
