ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Stylists are the core of our client experience.  You will focus upon increasing top-line sales through optimizing conversion and the visual experience within the fashionnova.com site.  You will apply your expertise in digital merchandising and collection curation to ensure a seamless and unparalleled shopping experience.  You will be required to execute category specific eCommerce strategies with your creative, strategic, and innovative mindset. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) inclusive of client behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize short-term performance and to inform longer-term strategies Understand and share the connection between site and financial metrics Lead broader eCommerce trends and innovations Provide weekly in-depth reporting and insights to buying teams

Cross Functional Partnerships

Establish strong relationships across cross-functional and category teams Influence and leverage other teams within the broader organization to advance digital objectives Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross-functional influence, planning and execution

Results

Feeling of personal accountability for delivering financial goals (SALES AND PROFIT) and objectives for the category

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years of experience in eCommerce site merchandising, ideally within a Fashion Brand Business acumen with an entrepreneurial, revenue generating mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of leadership Accelerated analytical and quantitative skills to be applied to financial, business and site metrics Masterful technique for implementing and optimizing merchandising strategies that focus on conversion, searchability, client experience and effortless shopping Tactics for site taxonomy, and attribution management, navigation, internal search optimization and cross|up sell opportunities BA|BS degree English, additional language(s) an advantage Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
