Sanofi’s eCommerce Product Line manages over 7B€ in direct sales revenues for Pharma & Vaccines with more than 100K external B2B customers in 5 Key markets &  3 MCOs.

“Best in Class eCommerce, US first” is one of the 5 Must Win Digital GBU strategic programs under co-Sponsorship of GTMC Global Trade & Digital eCommerce.  Entitled US OneShop, the initiative aims to deliver the next generation of B2B eCommerce for value generation by providing superior personalized customer buying experiences coupled with efficient customer-centric services. Main goal is to modernize the Product foundations enabling CX, speed, automation & scalability. This includes delivering rapid fluid transactions across iSHIFT & other connected systems and enhanced means of customer engagement (web, API) tightly integrated to Sanofi’s omnichannel & content solutions.

The eCommerce Global Program leader is accountable to deliver this global complex, large & strategic multi-year program made of multiple projects, as well as other programs across the eCommerce Product Line.

First phase focuses on US in 2025, with scale up to other GBUs & Key markets across ‘26-‘27.(S)He defines & maintain the roadmap of a group of connected / interdependent projects to achieve business strategic objectives to deliver value and realize the benefits. (S)He ensures the program execution and is responsible for program governance, planning, budget management, staffing (including business’ contribution), communication & change management, risk management, compliance, and associated mitigations.

Main Responsibilities:

Establishes, ensures and facilitates the program governance and leads steering committees / Project Committees / Working groups.Sets up detailed program roadmap & project interactions. Animates the relationships of program teams, stakeholders & vendors. This includes interfacing with senior GBU stakeholders (Head of B2B eCommerce, Country Brand & Marketing leads, Customer Service & Trade leadership) and Digital leadershipFrom design to delivery, he/she makes sure of the business value brought to SanofiFacilitates interaction between Product Owners within program (US eCommerce OneShop & SanofiShoppe Product Owners, for example) and those Product Owners for solutions outside the scope of eCommerce.Pacesetter for Agile adoption & use on the program, focusing on speeding the delivery of value on both back end integrations and the modernization of our front end user experience. Is responsible for the delivery quality, compliance with regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements of the deployed solutions and the handover to operations teams.Coordinates the activities of project teams (internal and external resources), and potential third parties (suppliers, partners…), including eCommerce Delivery team   Monitors program & project KPIsDefines and manages the program scope (content, cost, planning)Support to the Ecommerce Product Line Strategic Planning Support to Discovery & Scoping of new value opportunitiesSets the culture necessary for the strategic program to succeed at a project level.  This includes creating and enforcing accountability of our Sanofi team member as well as our partners.  This also includes setting a tone of innovation needed as we must create a differentiating product complete with an excellent end user experienceTracks project resources in terms of availability and level of expertiseReports on project execution to upper management level and key stakeholdersIdentifies / monitors / manages risks and mitigation plans along the project lifecycle and builds related KPIsCreates and maintain a Decision log so that all decisions are easily communicated and referenced in future when/if needed.Manages interdependencies between streams including eCommerce, iShift, OneProduct so that the eCommerce program is delivered on time. Is responsible for project engagement / buy-in and communication around the projects

About You

Job Skills & Competencies

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Program ManagementDemonstrated knowledge of ability to lead large complex projects involving multiple stakeholdersAbility to coordinate, lead and manage multiple projects at one timeKnowledge of project management best practices and demonstrated ability to adapt to new methods to deliver projectsDemonstrated ability to manage project budgets and aligned to Sanofi budgeting standardsFamiliarity with eCommerce technologies & Sanofi or industry Commercial solutionsAble to work in a global environment including the ability to maintain global relationships and understand different business models that may vary by region and business unit.Applied use of Agile methodology.Working knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP Commerce a plus.
