The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing onsite strategies that drive engagement and conversion within sale and promotions on Windsorstore.com. They will own the strategy, planning, execution, communication, and merchandising of sale and promotions at Windsor - working collaboratively with Buying, Marketing, and Design to drive process efficiencies and opportunities for promotions at Windsor.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Own the onsite promotions calendar - including strategic timing, messaging, content, and merchandising
Own Sale pages - including reporting, merchandising, and content
Assist with decisions around promotions processes and efficiencies
Identify business priorities and ensure these are communicated through Sale and Promotions merchandising
Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective rollout of Sale and Promotions
Monitor site traffic, search, product, and collections engagement, as well as conversion to identify actions for growth
Analyze sales related data to predict future sales performance and merchandising requirements
Work closely with design and brand teams to brief sale and promotional content requirements
Work closely with Marketing teams to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce and marketing channels
Participate in competitor reviews and actively share industry news
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Business or Communications related degree
Minimum 5+ years experience in a fast-paced, ecommerce business
Hands-on experience managing and maintaining an e-commerce portal (ie: Shopify)
Experience in site merchandising and product marketing
Strong analytical skills, with proven experience working with reporting and analyzing data to drive results
Strong market research skills & a knowledge of the fashion industry
Strong writing & presentation skills
Experience leading projects and working collaboratively across departments
Proven experience driving change and innovation online
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining close attention to detail
Physical/Environmental Demands and Overtime & Availability:
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a small amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Adequate movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Team members are required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
